Design Manager with over a decade of experience in publishing and design. Leads production design for all adult fiction and YA imprints at Sourcebooks (including Bloom, Casablanca, Cosmo Reads, Fire, Landmark, Poisoned Pen Press, and Sourcebooks
non-fiction), overseeing end-to-end cover development. Manages teams producing printer-ready files, handles contracts and art licensing, and drives workflow improvements through process development and automation.
Former Art Director with several years of hands-on book cover design experience, as well as a background in marketing and advertising. Currently living in the greater Chicago-land area.
